A few words about Olivier Demain,
Passion
Olivier, the heart behind La Chamade en Beaujolais, brings a unique blend of experiences to his restaurant. Originally from Burgundy, he lived in Berlin and Lille before settling in the Beaujolais region. Although a self-taught cook, his passion for gastronomy led him to formal training at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse (now Lyfe), further enriched by masterclasses with renowned chefs Thomas Keller and Sohla El-Waylly.
With an academic background in geopolitics from Lyon, Olivier combines a worldly perspective with a deep love for local flavors. His welcoming spirit and inventive cuisine have made La Chamade a memorable destination for guests seeking both comfort and culinary discovery
